Tarcisio: The company that used to invest 3 to 4 billion reais per year is investing 16 billion reais.
Tarcisio: We have about 40 billion reais of contracted works.
So, I think we have some evidence to show: privatization works.
Tarcisio: There are things the private sector does much better than the State, and it really does; the State has to be the regulator.
Tarcisio: And we also strengthened the regulatory agencies, so as not to let what happens in some agencies happen.
