We have a public budget where half of it, 42% of the budget, is destined for the payment of interest and amortizations of a debt that goes precisely to that sector, to the bankers, to the financial oligarchies.
Samara Martins: Even small landowners, small producers receive less investment from the government, from the budget, than the large business owners, who normally receive large injections and tax exemptions.
