Marcos Rogério: I am not here in the Senate only as a Parliamentarian from Rondônia, although I am very proud to be a Parliamentarian from Rondônia, but I am here as a citizen who is tired of seeing our state treated as the end of the line.
Marcos Rogério: Much of Brazil looks at Rondônia, looks at Acre as the end of the line, and we are not the end of the line.
BR-319 is the symbol of what they did to the North of Brazil: they promised everything, but delivered only mud, holes and dust, abandonment.
Marcos Rogério: Rondônia can no longer be merely the starting point of BR-319.
Marcos Rogério: We need to reverse this picture. Rondônia wants to be the starting point of a new vision for the development of the entire Amazon.
