There simply will be no product. There will be shortages, because the Government does not want to assume the burden of taking an unpopular but necessary measure. Hence my opposing position, Mr. President.
Kim Kataguiri: Mr. President, price control doesn't work; it only generates shortages, only generates smuggling, only strengthens crime.
